Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Accounting Technician to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health and stability of our company by handling various accounting tasks, including monthly rent verification, bookkeeping, and preparation of rent roll statements. Key Responsibilities: Conduct monthly rent verification to ensure accurate and timely payments. Manage regular bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, managing ledgers, and preparing financial statements. Prepare and maintain rent roll statements, providing a comprehensive view of rent collection status. Collaborate with other team members to ensure financial activities align with the overall goals of the company. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Assist in other financial tasks as needed to support the overall operation of the company. Qualifications: Proven experience in accounting or a similar role. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping practices and financial reporting. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
