Position Summary: The Director of Sales & Marketing will lead a dynamic sales team, responsible for the daily sales efforts, total revenues, yield strategies and overall positioning of Manteo and Hotel Eldorado at Eldorado Resort. Be the coordinator of all brand marketing and Public Relation initiatives, maximizing profitability, and enhancing quality service for our guests. What will you be doing? Reporting to the General Manager, you are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Implement and supervise execution of Sales & Marketing strategic plans to continue the repositioning of Eldorado Resort. Support and lead Revenue Management strategies for the hotel, specifically the achievement of targeted room revenues and optimal sales mix. Continue to build the positioning of the hotels through communications and building strong relationships with the community, industry, and business sectors. Collect market and competitive research to backss and implement strategy and long-term goals and strategic vision. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract guests, increase brand awareness, and drive overall revenue, including but not limited to advertising, promotions, public relations and digital marketing efforts.
