We are fortunate to work exclusively with military veterans and their families who have requested our information, which is why we love to hire veterans onto our team! We are hiring immediately, this 100% remote, you decide your schedule. We focus on final expense insurance, so we want to make sure our customers have their burial/funeral expense covered and this cost does not fall back on their family. We have a strong relationship with the VFW, American Legion, and Amvets, which brings that extra credibility to our clients. A few more details... 1) All warm leads, so no cold calling, and we provide all leads for free. 2) Only a few options of insurance that we offer. This makes what we do very easy to learn, and for our potential clients, very easy to understand. Most of our new hires are ready to sell their second week. 3) Excellent support structure where you are part of our team, not flying solo. 4) If you can read a script, learn some very basic technology, and be courteous on the phone, you will succeed here. 5) Upward mobility for increased compensation is not subjective, it’s purely based on production. A few more details… Location/Hours: This is 100% work from home, and you are not on a time clock. You manage your schedule and decide what works best for you. Working some evenings is a must as that’s when many of our customers carve time out for us to chat. This won’t work as a side gig, never does. If you have a side gig while working for us, that might work perfectly fine! Compensation: This is a 100% commission, 1099 role. Average compensation is $1,500/week (can be much higher). Payroll is every Friday based on earnings from that week, so commissions come fast. We also have a lot of bonus potential that also pays out weekly. Sales Leads: Unlike similar opportunities, our leads are warm and free. Licensing: If you are not licensed yet, the average cost (depends on your state) is about $100 -$350 spread over the course of a few weeks. Training: This is typically 3-4 days training with our team on systems, scripts, etc… During this time, you’ll also be 1-1 with your mentor to get more in-depth training and also watch their sales calls. After this, you’ll take the lead on a few calls with your mentor present, then you’ll be on your own when ready! Advancement: If you are performing well, you will have the option to start mentoring others, which in turn, will increase your compensation. For many, this can happen in just a few months. Equipment: You just need to have a cell phone (personal is fine) and a computer with a camera as we utilize Zoom for our client calls. Please apply if interested!
