Job Summary Now, if you were to come on board as our Nutrition Operations Coordinator, we’d ask you to do the following for us: Coordination of activities and administrative support for Operations, internal departments and external clients Work with operators to monitor expenses and budget Work closely with muli-site management teams to support new PM and implementation Manage the process for new contracts by ensuring amendments are added to the old contracts Update and maintain record of communications in account files Create and maintain a review spreadsheet which helps identify trends, identify gaps to plan, and offer suggestions for continuous improvement Review and analysis of weekly labour capture spreadsheet Review KPI dashboard with corporate business excellence team Work with the GMand management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation Monitor, track and document allocation of fixed assets Capture and track new.
