Job Duties: Conduct client needs analysis and evaluates the effectiveness of training solutions Provide 1:1 coaching sessions to support clients in identifying career goals and establishing an action plan for achieving job success Continuously demonstrate a genuine passion for mentoring our students and improving our overall operations and impact as a company Manage and maintain strong client relationships by focusing on timely client support, clear and effective communication, and producing high-quality deliverables Be responsible for creating detailed program plans that accurately describe the tasks, deliverables, and due dates for multiple ongoing student projects Advise students regarding a job application, timeline, career goals Assist the Manager in aligning the business development strategy with product/service development Support business development and lead generation.
