Our company is all about keeping our clients comfortable. Position Summary: To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. There is also a tool assistance program to help you pay for the tools you need! Pay: Up to $20.00/hr. DOE. Work Hours: 40 hours a week, 7:00 am - 5:30 pm with a 1/2-hour lunch; 4 10-hour days Some evenings and weekends required as needed. Required to be On-Call at times. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Follow instructions from supervisor and carry out in timely manner Report problems with company tools or equipment promptly Work well with customers, co-workers, and other subcontractors Always maintain a profession appearance and attitude Clean truck and job site Operate a company vehicle as needed Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Must pass a drug and background check High school diploma or its equivalent 1+ year of experienced, preferred Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Ability to use equipment and tools safely Willingness to invest time into training and seminar classes Basic safety knowledge Must be able to lift 100 pounds Possess both written and verbal English skills HVAC installer, journeyman, installation technician, HVAC HVAC Technician, AC installer, AC Company
