MOST has immediate opening for full-time, direct hire experienced multi-craft INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE. Starting rate "Negotiable"; up to $32.65/hr. + $1/hr. extra Summer Heat differential; + Night Shift differential ($.40 7p-7a) Raises every 6 months, up to top out Health Insurance Eff 90 Days - see detail below** 401k Match (50% up to max 6%; begins after 1 yr) 401k Profit Sharing 3% Annual Bonus Program Tuition Reimbursement $2,400/yr. **Health Insurance Detail Medical Bi-Weekly Ded: Employee only $6.44 / Family $55.53 Medical (Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO) Annual Ded $700; 10% co-insurance Vision Employee only $1.25 / Family $3.70 Dental Annual Ded $50; Employee only $2.50 / Family $8.91 Life/AD&D Life Insurance: 2x Annual Salary - Co Paid Short Term Disability - Co Paid Long Term Disability - Co Paid Voluntary Life Insurance (optional) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Experience: 4 years industrial related experience; combined w/ vocational or equivalent recognized training; experience reading blueprints and specs required; and PLC installation/repairs. Successful candidates will have strong work ethic and ability to work in the heat. Skill Set: Electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, welding, strong troubleshooting, PLC installation/repairs, and ability to work in the heat. PLC programming a plus. Responsibilities: Including but not limited to completing repairs, maintaining building equipment, machinery, and mechanical equipment such as motors, conveyor systems, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, and production equipment. Identifies problems, conducts troubleshooting, and performs preventative maintenance and maintenance service. Install new equipment/systems. Update various types of equipment to improve efficiency as needed.
