Rice Village Animal Hospital is currently hiring for a full-time Reception / Customer Service Rep to represent our organization and develop positive, long-lasting client relationships in the Houston, TX area. This front desk receptionist position earns a competitive wage . DAY-TO-DAY This full-time front desk receptionist position works on a rotating schedule, alternating between morning, mid-day, and afternoon shifts on weekdays and Saturdays . The shifts are as follows: Morning: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM or 4:30 PM Mid-day: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Afternoon: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM or 7:30 PM Saturday: 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM In this customer service role, you are the face of our hospital. You're the first person clients see when they arrive, and you set the tone for their experience with your positive, helpful attitude. Whatever the client needs, you provide, from handling payments and financial issues to making appointments. Using your strong organizational skills, you manage our entire hospital's appointment schedule, balancing our veterinarians' schedules for maximum efficiency. Conscientious about cleanliness, you maintain a clean and well-stocked reception area, providing a welcoming experience for anyone who walks in the door.
