Description:
The Targeted Case Manager (TCM) Program is seeking well-organized individuals who have a passion for helping clients coping with life challenges to obtain the support they need to achieve their goals. These positions will work with clients seeking behavioral health services to identify additional needs and assisting them in connecting to other agency and community resources. Successful TCM staff adapt their approach to engaging clients with different backgrounds, styles of commutation, and needs. They will enjoy creative problem solving and an ability to work independently while also actively contributing to their team of coworkers. This is an ideal position for individuals who have strong interpersonal skills that wish to gain additional experience working with clients with mental health and substance use disorders.
