We need some true servers who want to help us make our 3rd shift the best around! We offer training, support and really want someone who takes pride in what they do and will help build sales while serving our guests to the best of their ability and meeting IHOP standards.The right person will have opportunities for possible managment opportunities. IHOP Servers are self-motivated, team oriented, friendly, dependable, and driven to providing excellent customer service. A qualified candidate will greet, take orders and serve our customers, providing a high quality dining experience. Also help run the floor & take sever deposits. Requirements: -Team player -Must be Guest Centric -Perform all jobs with accuracy, integrity and speed -Maintain professional appearance and friendly demeanor -Understand the importance of working within a team play setting -Strive for excellence -Be motivated to succeed financially -Enjoys communicating and working in a respect and trust based environment This position requires you to stand for your entire shift, be able to lift at least and/or move up to 25 pounds, and have full mobility of hands and arms while performing repetitive tasks. IHOP Servers are also required to perform duties necessary for restaurant operations as assigned by acting supervisor following governmental and company policies.
