To learn more about our culture, visit Proservice.com/career Role Overview The Client Services Specialist will serve as a key member within a dedicated Service team that is accountable for delivering expert local service to a group of assigned client partners. This role is directly responsible for building, maintaining, and owning relationships with client contacts for our Small Business accounts. Together with our back office processing team and the other members of the dedicated service team, they will coordinate and own the outcomes to ensure we are delivering timely and accurate payroll processing, provide consultations and solutions on various types of service issues, and ensure overall client satisfaction. Responsibilities: Client Service. Provides consultative support to a shared book of clients (small business groups) by demonstrating strong understanding of payroll foundation, HR foundation, general PEO, and ProService-specific concepts in supporting client inquiries pertaining to payroll and HR administration. Manage personal cases, team cases, and a phone queue, alongside their team members to ensure all service level agreements (timeliness in response time) are met. Partner with internal resources and SMEs including CogNet, Client HR, Client Success, Safety, and Benefits to achieve win-win solutions. Timely and Accurate Payroll Processing. Oversee and ensure the accurate completion of payroll for a shared book of clients with varying pay schedules and types, looping in the appropriate SMEs when necessary. Working in partnership with our back office team, to ensure accuracy and deadlines are met.. Account Relationship Owner . Is responsible for the outcome of any and all items processed by our back office processing team, as well as any communications between the service team to the clients and WSEs. Be a role model for productivity by balancing changing priorities and keeping OT to a minimum. Requirements & Qualifications: Experience Prior experience working with Prism, iSolved and SalesForce Cloud is preferred. Previous customer service experience dealing with different types of people and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment. Earns a reputation for leading peers toward support of what is best for the total company. Cooperates with supervisors and establishes collaborative relationships with peers (without being pushy).
