Position Summary The Program Educator Assistant I will work in targeted communities to work with diverse limited resource audiences in Southeast Missouri. The Program Educator Assistant will work collaboratively with other community groups, Extension staff, State specialist to develop and implement programs that address community needs. Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities Assist with youth, educational, and community program development. Implementation of youth and community-based programs. Teach educational youth and community programs using approved research-based curriculum. Maintain proper documentation, records, and reports. Evaluation of education programs - surveys, pre and post- test, focus groups. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of MS Office Suite. Some knowledge of computer hardware. Must be able to multi-task efficiently. Must have great time management skills. Education and Experience Relevant work experience in education, community, or child development is required.
