Teach life skills, advocate for, and empower youth, and help in the recovery from youth's life challenges in a demanding but family-like FUN environment. And enjoy the benefit of opportunities for overtime and events with the youth throughout the year. We're looking for energetic self-starters who Are at least 21 years of age. Hold a Bachelor's degree in a human services field or have 5+ years of relevant experience and a high school diploma/GED. Have patience, patience, patience. Possess exceptional skills with attention to detail and commitment to tasks. Are super passionate for making the lives of young adults and youth better...like, the undying kind of passion. Have a devotion to being creative and engaging in teamwork Are reliable, flexible, and love being a role model Can manage conflicts, plan recreational activities, and model positive behaviors/coping strategies for youth eager to soak it all up. Are always on the go. We love that! Have an open mind to change. We love that too. Of course, there are those requirements you must have too, like word processing ability, a valid driver's license, no history of child abuse/neglect, and GREAT all-around communication skills .
