Business Development Specialist Summit Reconstruction & Restoration is a rapidly growing construction company with a focus on exterior and interior repair to HOA and Multifamily communities. Our company is a leader in our industry, with many of the largest management companies in Portland/Vancouver as our clients. Our company is currently looking to add a new member to our marketing team that has the ability to develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients for our Mitigation/Restoration team. A typical day on our business development team includes: Bringing goodies to property management staff and engaging in conversation. Researching and adding to our list of partners and building relationships. Answer calls and emails on all incoming potential jobs. Help and assist with all other office needs. Attend tradeshows. The perfect candidate will have: A very upbeat, positive, and outgoing personality. Outside sales experience. Ability to have light-hearted conversations with ease. Ability to present and communicate our company's opportunities to our prospective property management companies. Be Self-motivated; ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Available to work Monday - Friday; 8am - 4pm Availability to work a flexible schedule for evening events. Relevant: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: One office location, plus travel to businesses
