What will I do in this role with Maple Farm Nursing? As an Activities Aide , supporting the Garden Spot Communities' mission will include the following responsibilities: Assist the Activities Director in providing active and passive, group and individual activities that enhance the lives of residents at Maple Farm for enrichment and promoting a sense of well-being. Gather residents and oversee events. Spend time meaningfully with residents - one on one and in small group settings. What do I need for this role with Maple Farm Nursing? Minimum age requirement of 15 Experience providing excellent customer service and/or working with the geriatric or special needs population preferred Comfort level speaking with small groups Basic computer skills An understanding of and willingness to live out our mission and values, providing compassionate person-centered care to all residents.
