Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES : Provide ultrasound services per provider order in the hospital. Assists in the scheduling and completes all Ultrasound procedures as described in the policy and procedure manual; assists in the coordination of procedures with the Radiologist and interpreting physicians. HOURS: PRN - work as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: Certifications and Permits to Practice in Iowa must be provided. Must hold a certification from RDMS for abdomen, OB, and breast or willing to seek certifications. Must be board eligible by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer required at hire/transfer. Must have good computer skills. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential. COVID-19 vaccination required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable. Job Posted by ApplicantPro
