Civitas Health Services, Inc. is seeking to hire highly skilled and motivated RBT's and/or BCAT's for our ABA Therapy Program. $500 Sign-On Bonus!! Compensation Package Average first-year earnings range from $36k - $46k through a combination of base salary and bonuses. Top performer's potential to earn over $50k+!! Company Benefits Competitive and stable salary offered (this is not a 1099 contract position) Opportunities for Career Advancement/Professional Development Opportunities Earned bonuses paid out biweekly Tuition & Continuing Education Units Reimbursement (along with ongoing staff training) Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Hospital/Accident/Critical Care Insurance Long-term Disability/Short-term Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Paid Time Off Accruals 401k Plan & SEP IRA Essential Job Duties Manage a caseload of individuals providing comprehensive services, holistic behavioral techniques, and interventions that will improve the individual's adaptive functioning in major life areas Provide direct behavioral educational services to individuals using a variety of evidenced-based psycho-educational techniques Be on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week to respond to crises Works with individuals one-on-one or in groups using applied behavior modification techniques Records and manages the individual educational and behavioral data and participates in the evaluation, assessing needs, and planning goals for the individuals Participates in team meetings and staff training, as required Provide the appropriate documentation weekly Connect the family to wrap-around services as needed including but not limited to; health services, recreational activities, childcare services, financial resources, employment resources, transportation resources, support groups, and other therapeutic services Utilizes the Clinical Supervisor or BCBA as an initial point of contact to strengthen their effectiveness in providing behavioral interventions to the individual Job Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related Human Service field Registered Behavior Technician or BCAT certification (in good standing) Basic knowledge of BACB guidelines Basic knowledge of Government and Commercial payer guidelines First Aid/CPR Certified Effective communication skills Ability to work independently Professional demeanor Knowledge of acceptable social, work, and interpersonal behavior Preferred Qualifications 1 year of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, and/or other developmental and intellectual disabilities A Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related Human Service field We are looking for the best clinically trained leaders and professionals to continue to expand our vision!
