Here are some key responsibilities of the role: Enters invoices and ensures that they are processed for payment accurately and in a timely manner while verifying cost and units and vendors are charged back accordingly for discrepancies Identify and problem solve various issues and discrepancies related to invoices and purchase orders. Responds to department and vendor requests in a timely manner. Identify and provide suggestions for continuous process improvement. What you’ll need To begin your career with us, you’ll have: Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, and/or other Business-related fields. Intermediate in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, basic formulas, filtering, pivot tables, data analysis) working knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications (Word, Power Point, Share Point); knowledge of Power Bi is considered an asset. Basic analytical skills, attention to detail, and good problem-solving skills. Ability to gather necessary information and provide good customer service. Interpersonal skills.
