About the Opportunity Under the direction of the HIS IM/IT Business Operations Manager, the Data Integrity Officer (DIO) is responsible for the monitoring and auditing of the patient information collected during the registration/admission process. The Data Integrity Officer is also responsible for auditing, investigating, and correcting errors reported by stakeholders internal and external to HIS.
