The Role: As a Residential Property Conveyancer / Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling various residential property matters, including sales, purchases, equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions, from start to finish. Responsibilities Efficiently manage a caseload encompassing residential property transactions, ensuring a seamless process. Maintain direct communication with clients, estate agents, and lenders. Cultivate professional relationships to secure a steady flow of business. Achieve financial targets, generating a fee income in alignment with established goals. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Solicitor, Conveyancer or in a similar role. Possess a relevant qualification e. g. solicitor, CILEx, CLC or demonstrate expertise in managing your caseload. Show a dedicated commitment to delivering exemplary client care. Be proficient in IT, with experience in using web-based case management systems.
