Chairperson – Hotels & Leisure Commitment: 2 Days Per Month Fee: Annual Fee + Equity We are excited to be working with a reinvented concept continuing to take the fitness and wellbeing industry by storm. With their own sites in the UK and plans to expand further into the hospitality industry, they are looking for a chairperson to lead their board alongside the founders of the business. The Individual: As Chairperson, you will have extensive experience within the hotels/ leisure/ wellbeing industry and be able to bring value to the current fundraise. You will be a hands-on, invested individual who really believes in the business whilst guiding and advising on the growth, through your own contacts in the industry. This role requires someone who can really immerse themselves in the business and eventually invest their own capital into the business. Requirements: Extensive experience at C-Suite level within hotels or the Leisure industry Reliable network of industry contacts across the UK and internationally Possess a thorough understanding of growing concepts Hands-on approach and willingness to immerse yourself in the business including personal investment. Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's strategic plans and objectives. Lead the board meetings, providing constructive input and challenging assumptions when necessary. Identify and evaluate market trends and opportunities, keeping the company at the forefront of industry developments. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the organisation.
