Make a difference – join the Life Labs team today! Purpose of the Role: The IT Security Analyst plays a key role in the process of planning, implementing and monitoring IT Security controls. The Security Analyst is a member of the technology team working with stakeholders at all levels of the organization providing technical assistance and communicating the state of information security, informing of possible risks, and suggesting ways to improve security. This is a Full Time Remote role and can be based at ON/BC. Core Accountabilities: Monitor, evaluate, and maintain systems and procedures to safeguard internal information systems, network, databases, and Web-based security. Recognize problems by identifying security abnormalities through conducting internal audits and reporting violations. Prioritize and escalate incidents as required. First responder for the Information security team. Assist engineer in implementing security solutions.
