As a Portable Crushing Foreperson, You Will: Provide leadership to the crew Facilitate a safe work culture and be accountable for safety of the team Ensure company Health, Safety and Environmental policies are being adhered to Participate in daily work activities of equipment operating and labour duties Perform administrative duties such as time sheets, inspections, etc. Conduct ‘tail gate’ safety talks with staff to review policies and practices Review completed work; ensure appropriate documentation is completed Other duties as assigned What You'll Bring: Previous experience or knowledge of crushing and screening Ability to thoroughly understand and follow plans and specifications Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act Knowledge of, and adhere to Health and Safety practices and regulations Valid driver’s license Basic computer knowledge Works effectively with shifting priorities Effective communication skills (verbal and written) to accurately document daily activities Previous leadership or supervisory experience Effective team player Willingness to work extended hours, weekend shifts when required Ability to travel, required Miller is proud to provide this unique career opportunity, we offer continuous learning, opportunity for growth, and a competitive compensation package.
