Flatbed DriverCompany Overview:- We are a transportation company in search of experienced drivers to join our team.- Our company values safety, efficiency, and professionalism in all aspects of our operations.- We offer competitive compensation, including a percentage of the linehaul, paid orientation, and benefits after 90 days.- With 90% contracted freight and the potential to earn between $1,500 and $2,000, we provide consistent and rewarding opportunities for our drivers.- Prior flatbed experience is needed, we also value candidates with coil experience.Key Responsibilities:- Safely operate a flatbed truck to transport goods to various destinations.- Secure cargo using appropriate methods, such as chains, straps, or tarps.- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the truck is in good working condition.- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years of driving experience.- At least 1 year of experience specifically in flatbed driving.- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and ability to follow them diligently.- Excellent communication and customer service skills.- Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading of cargo.- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on the road.- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or routes.- Coil experience is a plus.Note: If you have any additional information to include in the job description, please provide it.
