My name is David, age 24 and I am looking to move into the Manassas area by the end of July/August for work. (Job is in fact set in stone!) I am quiet and usually keep to myself and like to keep things clean and simple. Non smoking is a must due to my horrid allergies, as far as personality goes I am fairly laid back & respectful but serious when it is required - I am not one for parties and do not really drink. As far as how long I would be staying.. I would like to rent until at the least next spring and I can go into detail on that in private! :) I have no issue helping clean up around the house/apartment and as far as price range goes we can discuss that.
