Newer 2016 home on private lot in 3 points, 5 bedroom home each room for rent has a private bath. I have a service animal so no other pets allowed as he doesn't get along with other dogs or cats. Rent includes kitchen privileges. No washer and dryer for tenant use on premises. Asking for a deposit of 150 as well, it is refundable if you leave the room as you found it. You must fill out a small app asking for rental and employment history as well as references and a possible background check. There is one tenant here already and I have 1 possibly 2 more rooms to rent. We are very quiet respectful private people. It's one tenant and my dog and myself. There were 2 tenants but one tenant is moving back to Cali. so that room will be available on the 1st of Sept. Rent is due by the 3rd of every month no exceptions as I must pay the bills by then. A late fee will apply if rent is late after the 3rd unless The room is for a single person sorry I prefer no couples or may consider but rent will be significantly more. No over night guests with out prior approval, mostly I don't mind I just like to know who is in my home. As I stated I live in 3 points so your own transportation is a must.
