The Role: As a Body Repairer / Sprayer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering impeccable vehicle paint jobs from small repairs to extensive projects. Responsibilities: Execute high-quality vehicle paint jobs based on job card / estimate instructions. Collaborate with the management team, providing insights on additional work requirements. Meet and enhance agreed-upon deadlines, promptly notifying management of any delays. Conduct thorough Quality Stage Inspections and address remedial actions promptly. Safeguard customer vehicles and assets through careful and diligent work. Maintain an organised and hazard-free work environment. Accurately complete all necessary documentation and records. Adhere to Health and Safety policies and contribute to fostering a safe and healthy work culture. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Body Repairer, Sprayer or in a similar role. Background in both light and heavy commercial vehicle paint. Skilled in all aspects of the role, from stripping and preparation to de-nibbing and polishing. Valid driving licence.
