We are currently seeking a dynamic & guest experience focused Assistant Manager to join our team of dedicated wine and food enthusiasts. The successful candidate will be responsible for all front-of-house food and beverage (including alcohol) operations/service at Peller Estate Winery with the goal of ensuring high quality dining experiences through outstanding technical service standards and engaging hospitality. The successful candidate would be required to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
