As the Retail Sales and Operations Assistant , you will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR and recruitment functions within their retail sector. Your primary focus will be on attracting, selecting, and retaining top-tier talent to ensure our company continues to thrive. This role requires a blend of HR expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for retail positions, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilize various recruitment channels to attract diverse and qualified candidates. Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee relations and communication. Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
