Responsibilities: As a Nursery Room Leader, your key responsibilities will include: Supervising and leading a team of nursery workers. Creating and implementing developmentally appropriate activities for children. Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery. Maintaining accurate records of attendance, incidents, and accidents. Effectively communicating with parents and caregivers. Maintaining a clean and organized nursery environment. Requirements: To be considered for the role of Nursery Room Leader, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a nursery or childcare setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
