We are seeking a Director, Quality and Supply Chain (Hybrid or on-site). This position can be located at any of our sites in Ontario (Cambridge, Peterborough, Toronto). JOB PURPOSE The Director, Quality and Supply Chain will be responsible for leading, overseeing and improving quality assurance and supply chain performance for the power business (BWXT Canada, BWXT Nuclear Energy Canada, Intech International, and BWXT Precision Manufacturing) of the Commercial Operations (" CO" ) business. This role will focus on monitoring and improving performance for all segments of the power CO business to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with industry standards. The position reports to the CO President. This position has no direct reports. ACCOUNTABILITIES Lead Quality Assurance Quality Assurance : Ensure products and services meet customer and regulatory requirements. Ensure quality assurance programs prevent defects and maintain the highest quality standards. Quality Control: Monitor to ensure processes and procedures deliver expected quality for all products and services. Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in processes and systems to enhance product or service quality. Respond to emergent quality issues and events to ensure correction. Compliance: Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant industry regulations and standards, taking action to address any compliance issues.
