This is a like brand-new Ashley Double Reclining Couch. It is made of a micro fiber product called Dura Pella. It is cocoa and the look, smell, operate and feel fresh. We are scaling down and can take it with is however it is 88" long BIG. We're empty nesters and don't require BIG any longer. We bought it new and I just called the shop and they chose around $1,100 a couple years back. We would such as to get $350 crazy excellent offer !! Yes yes non smokers and all that other things.
