The piano was used in our church. I believe it was made in 1980. But it has not been tuned since 1992 because it always sounded good. But It hasn't been played in a while so it must surely need tuning now . It has a bad chip on the left side of the bottom front. No, I cannot ship it, it must be inspected and picked up. Thank you very much,
