Are you a skilled and experienced driver with a passion for training and coaching others? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Driver Trainer! As a Driver Trainer, you will be responsible for: backssing the driving skills and competencies of full-time and agency drivers, using the OPS 35 backssment forms and telemetric training Providing remedial training and feedback to drivers after accidents or incidents, and conducting accident investigations Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, legislation and regulations, such as EU Drivers hour regulations, EU Working Time regulations, DFT Security & Health & Safety processes, Highway code and DVSA Test standards Completing daily vehicle safety checks, safe loading / securing load of vehicle, reporting maintenance defects, and adhering to company driving standards, Fuel Efficiency & Telematics regulations Training drivers on coupling and uncoupling of vehicles, as well as FLT and DGA where required Enhancing the customer experience at every stage through a conscientious and dedicated approach to tasks Achieving targets, productivity, service, compliance and commercial objectives Projecting a high quality DHL image both internally and externally and providing the highest quality service to our internal / external customers at all times.
