My husband, Daniel and I are in our 30s and we are down to earth, very helpful and easy to get along with. We are looking for a one bedroom to rent. Or one bedroom studio or apt under 400 to 500 month We have 2 or three months worth of rent up front we have saved up so rent would be up front at least for two months straight off. He is a musician, works part time at Honda and also enrolled in college full time. We moved here from California a year ago. I grew up in NC and came back with him to be closer to my family. Im am a very sweet and nurturing type of person and I clean few houses a week and also I help one lady with her 1 yr old Grand daughter bc her health is bad so I go there every week too. He has been alot of help for my dad so if anyone needs help around the house or yard building or fixing anything he quick at learning pretty much anything. And happy to help. We both like to help out anyway possible and we re both respectful , honest , and compassionate people. We also can stay to our selves if that's what's needed at times. We don't drink or cause any problems ever or even have company. We both were raised to have good values and morals. In my spare time Im usually painting cleaning or reading.
