ve got a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Z71 4x4 with a 5.3 V8 in it. It's been the most faithful vehicle I've ever had!! The reason I want to sell it is because I'm thinking about plowing and would prefer to do that with a 2500. The truck has 256,100 miles on it; don't be scared of the miles because I have taken good care of it. It has had regular oil changes, and I put new plugs and wires on at about 170,000 miles. The tranny shifts really nicely, and the transfer case shifts in and out of four wheel drive smoothly. It has about 3 year old leather interior; the seats are awesome!! This is the most comfortable truck I've ever driven!! It has brand new 100% stainless steel Magnaflow exhaust on it that sounds awesome!! It does have 3 minor issues 1. The service engines soon light is on do to the fact that I gutted the catalytic converters. 2. There's a couple of speed sensors out and the abs light comes on sometimes. 3. I think the injectors leak just a little bit because if it's sat for just a short time (1-5 hours) it starts a little hard. It runs like a champ though!! I wouldn't be afraid to drive it across the country! When I drive on the highway I can usually get right around 18 mpg with it.
