The facility must be first class office space, confirming to government specifications, and be located not more than five (5) miles outside of the Ross Clark Circle and to the cast of U.S. 431 North and east of U.S. 231 South in Dothan, Alabama (Houston County). Occupancy is expected on or before June 1, 2010. The anticipated lease will be for one, five year term with one, five year renewal option and terminations rights. All utilities, janitorial services, and supplies, building and grounds maintenance, taxes, sewer, and water are to be included as part of the rental consideration.
